We dug into ATL's this week (Approaches to Learning). We now understand that ATL's are skills that support our learning. Examples are; communication skills, social skills, research skills, thinking skills, and self-management skills. Students completed an "ATL Match-Up" to help them identify examples of each ATL!
Mrs. Carr's homeroom met up with Mr. Carr's second grade class for buddies on Friday. The fifth graders showed their buddies the writing website Storybird on their Chromebooks. The students worked together to create their own picture books. We had a great time building relationships and sharing ideas. Such wonderful leadership and example setting from our class!!
